• Usually arrives next working day, but not guaranteed.

 

Special delivery - £7.75

• Guaranteed next working day before 1pm.

• Fully tracked and signed for.

• Someone will need to be in to sign for the package.

 

Special delivery | Saturday guaranteed - £10.95

• Guaranteed to arrive on Saturday.

• Fully tracked and signed for.

• Only available when purchasing on a Friday.

• Someone will need to be in to sign for the package.  

 

Our dispatch promise

• Same day dispatch on all orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday (*excludes engraving unless purchased with next day delivery, when it would be prioritised & dispatched the same day).

• UK next working day delivery available on all orders. order before 2pm Monday - Friday.

Delivery information

Details of all the delivery options are below. if you have any questions please just drop us a call or send us an email.

if an order is placed before 2pm we will aim to dispatch the same working day.

Please note that the only uk service that has a guaranteed delivery time is special delivery. if you need your order urgently then we advise you give us a call to let us know this and we'll do all we can to get it out in the next post by the fastest method.

Special delivery - next working day before 1 pm

1st class (recorded) - 1-3 working days

 

If you're ordering in the uk and would like to insure your item in the post, please choose special delivery. please note that this will require a signature on delivery. if you know that nobody will be in to sign for the parcel, then you can choose to have the order delivered to an alternative address.

 

Guaranteed delivery on Saturday

We offer a guaranteed delivery service on Saturdays for orders placed on Friday, however you need to call or email before ordering to confirm availability. the service costs £3.50 in addition to the standard next working day delivery charge.

 

Free delivery promotion

From time to time we may run free delivery promotions. customers will be notified of this on the homepage and any such promotion will automatically apply when you order goes over the threshold.

 

Bank holiday & closures

Please note we're closed for all uk (english) bank holidays and therefore delivery times will be extended around these periods. if we're closed for any other reason, a notice will be placed on this page and the checkout.

International shipping

International delivery services do not have guaranteed delivery times. if you would like a better estimate of delivery times, please get in touch by email or phone and we'll do our best to help.

airmail - 3-16 working days

airmail international signed for - 3-12 working days

BFPO (British forces post office)

All customers wanting to ship an order to a bfpo address should select 'bfpo' as the recipient country. please note you will also need to pick 'international signed for' as the delivery method for all bfpo address. we will forward a letter by email to confirm the recipient's status, which will need to be signed and returned before the order can be processed. if you need any more details please give us a call.

3. RETURNS

​

30 day returns - Easy peasy, you can return any goods, for any reason, within 30 days.  Unfortunately you can't return personalised goods, or pierced goods which are no longer in their sealed packaging, but everything else is not a problem.  This does not affect your statutory rights, and includes the 14 day statutory cooling off period.  If you would like to cancel an order you will receive a full refund within 14 days of cancelling and returning your products to us.
